Key terms

  • Sessions are video chat with a Provider offered on TalkLynk.
  • Provider are users who offer their expertise and perform services through Sessions on TalkLynk.
  • Clients are users who purchase services on TalkLynk.
  • Provider profile Page is where the Provider can describe their Bio, diplomas and the specific area they can provide consulting on. The price of one hour session and the Client can purchase the service and schedule a time for a session. Session set is the formal agreement between a Client and Provider after a purchase was made from the User Session Center Page.
  • Session Page is where Client and Provider make a Video chat.
  • Disputes are disagreements experienced after or during a session between a Client and Provider on TalkLynk.
  • Revenue is the money Providers earn from completed sessions.
  • Sales Balance is cleared revenue from completed sessions for Providers to withdraw or use to purchase Sessions

 Overview (main terms, in a nutshell)

  • Only registered users may buy and sell on TalkLynk. Registration is free.
  • For fees and payments please read the purchasing section.
  •  Provider must fulfill the sessions, and may not terminate a session on a regular basis or without cause. Cancelling or terminating a session will affect Providers’ reputation and will result in not getting paid.
  •  Users may not offer or accept payments using any method other than placing a session through talklynk.com.
  • We care about your privacy. You can read our Privacy Policy here. The Privacy Policy is a part of these Terms of Service and incorporated herein by reference.

 Provider

Basics

  • Providers create a profile on TalkLynk to allow users to purchase their services.
  • All Providers profile undergo a sort due diligent and are subject to admin approval – TalkLynk DOES NOT guarantee that every profile will be approved.
  • Providers  undertake to use their real name, and that any or all information published in their profile is true.
  • Each session you make and successfully complete, accredits your account with a net revenue of - balance will be calculated as following - the Price per hour the provider set divide by 60, times the number of minutes actually spoke.The users a paying only for the actual time they talk to a Provider.
  • TalkLynk accredits Providers once a session is completed. See our "session" section below for a definition of a completed Session.
  • If a session is cancelled (for any reason), the funds paid will be refunded to the Client’s.
  • Revenues are only made available after 2 days and will transfer to the Provider up to 20 working days.

Provider service

  • Provider services may be removed by TalkLynk for violations to these Terms of Service, which may include (but are not limited to) the following violations and/or materials:
    • Illegal or Fraudulent services
    • Copyright Infringement, Trademark Infringement, and violation of a third party's terms of service
    • Adult oriented services, Pornographic, Inappropriate/Obscene
    • Spam, Nonsense, or Violent
    •  Misleading to Clients
    • Reselling of regulated goods
  • Services that are removed for violations mentioned above, may result in the suspension of the Provider's account.
  • Services that are removed for violations are not eligible to be restored or edited.
  • Services may be removed from our Search feature due to poor performance and/or user misconduct.
  • Provider services given based on Provider's knowledge, experience and judgment. The Provider carries the sole responsibility for the content, the outcome and all consequences of the Provider services.
  • In any dispute between the Provider and the Client, should be differed to TalkLynk (support@talklynk.com), TalkLynk will examine the interaction, and according to TalkLynk's sole judgment, will approve the services or disapprove the services. In a case when TalkLynk has decided do disapprove the services, TalkLynk will have the power to grant the Client full refund, according to TalkLynk sole judgment.

Pricing method

  • The TalkLynk system shows the Provider service rate Points per minutes.
  • Prices shown to user is the Provider hourly rate plus TalkLynk commotion.
  •  Actual price paid by the user it the actual time you talked with the Provider per minutes.

Clients

Basics

     You may not offer direct payments to Providers using payment systems outside of the TalkLynk system.

Purchasing

     You may not offer Providers to pay, or make payment using any method other than through the talklynk.com site. In case you have been asked to use an alternative payment method, please report it immediately to Customer Support.

Disputes and cancellations

      Clients can contact TalkLynk's Customer Support department for assistance support@talklynk.com.

Basics

  •  Session cancellations can be performed on TalkLynk, when eligible, by Customer Support or through our support email support@talklynk.com.
  • Filing a transaction dispute or reversing a payment through your payment provider or your bank is a violation to these Terms of Service. Doing so may get your account temporarily disabled to investigate possible security violations. Note: once you have filed a dispute with your payment provider, the funds will be ineligible for a refund due to our obligations towards the payment provider.
  • TalkLynk reserves the right to cancel sessions or place funds on hold for any suspected fraudulent transactions made on the Site.
  • If a session is cancelled (for any reason), the funds paid will be refunded to the Client’s shopping balance.

User conduct and protection

     TalkLynk enables people around the world to connect with Providers and consult with them. Services offered on TalkLynk reflect the diversity of an the market needs. Members of the TalkLynk community communicate and engage through sessions, social media, and on TalkLynk’s Community Forums. TalkLynk maintains a friendly, community spirited, and professional environment. Users should keep to that spirit while participating in any activity or extensions of TalkLynk . This section relates to the expected conduct users should adhere to while interacting with each other on TalkLynk . To report a violation of our Terms of Service, User Misconduct, or inquiries regarding your account, please contact our Customer Support team support@talklynk.com.

Basics

  • To protect our users' privacy, user identities are kept anonymous. Requesting or providing Email addresses, Skype/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details to communicate outside of TalkLynk in session to circumvent or abuse the TalkLynk system or TalkLynk platform is not permitted.
  • Any necessary exchange of personal information required to continue a service may be exchanged within the session page.
  • TalkLynk does not provide any guarantee of the level of service offered to Clients. You may use the support email support@talklynk.com. to dispute the service provied.
  • TalkLynk does not provide protection for users who interact outside of the TalkLynk platform.
  • All information and file exchanges must be performed exclusively on TalkLynk's platform.
  • Rude, abusive, improper language, or violent messages sent to users will not be tolerated and may result in an account warning or the suspension/removal of your account.

Sessions

  • Provider  with the intention to defame competing Providers by crating sessions to competing services will have their reviews removed or further account status related actions determined by review by our Trust & Safety team.
  • Cancellation or Feedback policies.
  • Users may report sessions to Customer Support that may be in violation of  TalkLynk’s Terms of Service.

Reporting violations

     If you come across any content that may violate our Terms of Service, you should report it to us through the appropriate channels created to handle those issues as outlined in our Terms of Service. All cases are reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. To protect individual privacy, the results of the investigation are not shared. You can review our Privacy Policy for more information.

Violations

      Users may receive a warning to their account for violations of our Terms of Service or any user misconduct reported to our Trust and Safety team. A warning will be sent to the user's email address and will be displayed for such user on the Site. Warnings do not limit account activity, but can lead to your account becoming permanently disabled based on the severity of the violation.

Non-permitted usage

  • Adult Services & Pornography - TalkLynk does not allow any exchange of adult oriented or pornographic materials and services.
  • Inappropriate Behavior & Language - Communication on TalkLynk should be friendly, constructive, and professional. TalkLynk condemns bullying, harassment, and hate speech towards others.
  • Phishing and Spam - TalkLynk takes the matter its members’ security seriously. Any attempts to publish or send malicious content with the intent to compromise another member’s account or computer environment is strictly prohibited. Please respect our members privacy by not contacting them for commercial purposes without their consent.
  • Privacy & Identity - You may not publish or post other people's private and confidential information. Any exchange of personal information required for the completion of a service must be provided in the session. Providers further confirm that whatever information they receive from the Client, which is not public domain, shall not be used for any purpose whatsoever other than for the delivery of the work to the Client. Any users who engage and communicate off of TalkLynk will not be protected by our Terms of Service.
  • Intellectual Property Claims - TalkLynk will respond to clear and complete notices of alleged copyright or trademark infringement, and/or violation of third party’s terms of service. Our Intellectual Property claims procedures can be reviewed in the privacy policy.
  • Fraud / Unlawful Use - You may not use TalkLynk for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities.

General terms

  • TalkLynk reserves the right to put any account on hold or permanently disable accounts due to breach of these terms of service or due to any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or services.
  • Violation of TalkLynk's Terms of Service may get your account disabled permanently.
  • Users with disabled accounts will not be able to sell or buy on TalkLynk.
  • Users who have violated our Terms of Service and had their account disabled may contact our Customer Support team for more information surrounding the violation and status of the account.
  • Users have the option to enable account Security features to protect their account from any unauthorized usage.
  • Users must be able to verify their account ownership.
  • Provider will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of up to 90 days following full verification of ownership of the account in question, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account and subject to TalkLynk's approval.
  • Disputes should be handled by contacting TalkLynk Customer Support.
  • TalkLynk may make changes to its Terms of Service from time to time. When these changes are made, TalkLynk will make a new copy of the terms of service available on this page.
  • You understand and agree that if you use TalkLynk after the date on which the Terms of Service have changed, TalkLynk will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
  • TalkLynk will not be held accountable to any advice giving using the TalkLynk system or any content of any session, or any consequence thereof.
  • TalkLynk 's decision to refund a Client, following a dispute will not bring forth any responsibility upon TalkLynk.
